Document management case studies
Each case study records what a customer replaced, how they structured folders, metadata and retention rules, which approval workflows they configured, and what changed afterwards. We publish named customers and quantified outcomes only where we hold written approval for both.
Customer stories
No published stories yet
Rather than fill this page with invented customers or unattributed figures, it stays empty until stories are approved for publication. If you are evaluating us and want to speak to an existing customer, ask — we will arrange a reference call, which is worth more than a case study anyway.
Our standard
What a story here will and will not contain
Worth stating, because most vendor case studies are written to be quoted rather than to be useful.
What we will publish
- The organisation by name, with written permission on file
- What they were using before, and specifically what was not working
- How the taxonomy, mandatory metadata and retention rules were structured
- Figures the customer has verified, with the basis of measurement stated
- What was harder than expected — a migration with no difficulties did not happen
What we will not
- Percentages nobody can trace to a measurement
- Logos used without written permission
- Quotes assembled from paraphrase rather than approved verbatim
- Stories that omit the parts that went badly
In the meantime
Evidence you can evaluate directly, rather than testimony you have to trust.
- Try it against your own documentsA full tenant, not a restricted demo — the most direct evidence available.
- ComparisonsIncluding where other products are the better choice.
- Trust centreControls a security reviewer can test rather than take on trust.
- Industry configurationsHow the system is set up for sectors like yours.
- RFP checklistEvaluate us against the same questions as everyone else.
- Talk to a reference customerAsk us — a conversation with an existing customer beats a case study.

Would you rather speak to a customer than read about one?
Ask us for a reference call. We would rather you heard the unedited version, including the parts a case study would leave out.
