How quickly will someone reply?
Within one business day for sales and partnership enquiries. For existing customers, support targets are by severity and tier: a service-affecting issue is responded to within 4 hours on Business and 1 hour on Enterprise, and everything else within one business day. Those are commitments we measure ourselves against, not expectations.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Through the contact in our security.txt file, which is the route we monitor for that purpose. We will not pursue researchers who act in good faith, stay within scope and allow reasonable time to remediate before disclosure.
Can I speak to someone rather than fill in a form?
Yes — the email addresses on this page go to people rather than to a queue, and we will get you on a call rather than trade messages if that is faster. The form exists because it routes the enquiry to the right person sooner, not because we are avoiding you.
Where are you based?
The company is registered in Nairobi, Kenya, and the team is distributed across East African and European time zones — in practice that means cover from roughly 07:00 to 19:00 UTC on business days. Customers are supported worldwide, and where a procurement needs the registered company details in writing, ask and we will send them.
