The trial is a full tenant, not a sandbox with features removed. You can upload real documents, run OCR search across them, configure an approval workflow, send a signature request and read the audit trail — before anyone from sales contacts you.

So the session uses a folder structure and approval chain that resemble yours.

What the trial includes

  • A full tenant, not a sandbox with features removed
  • Upload real documents and run OCR search across them
  • Configure an approval workflow and watch it route
  • Send a signature request to yourself or a colleague
  • Read the audit trail, which is the part most evaluations skip

Before you send this

What happens next, and what we will not do with your details.

How long is the trial?

14 days, up to 10 users, with AI processing enabled and no feature held back. It is a full tenant rather than a demonstration sandbox, so what you test is what you would buy.

Do we need a credit card?

No card, and no card at the end of the form either. If the trial lapses without a decision, it simply ends — nothing starts billing quietly because a reminder went to a spam folder.

What happens to our documents when the trial ends?

A trial converts in place: the same tenant becomes your paid tenant with documents, metadata, workflows and audit history intact, so evaluation work is never thrown away. If you do not convert, the tenant stays recoverable for 30 days and is then permanently deleted, and we email before that happens. People upload real documents during trials, so neither half of that is left vague.

Can we get help setting it up?

Yes. The trial is designed to be self-serve, but if you want twenty minutes with a solutions engineer to get the taxonomy right first, ask — a trial configured badly tells you nothing useful about the product.
