What happens after I submit this?
A solutions engineer replies within one business day to agree a time and ask what you want the session configured around. Nobody calls you unannounced, and the details go to that person rather than into a nurture sequence.
Do we need to prepare anything?
It helps if you can describe one document type and its approval path — a policy, a contract, an invoice. That is enough for us to configure something recognisable. Sending an actual document is not necessary and we would rather you did not before an NDA.
Will you send us marketing email afterwards?
Only if you ask for it. Your details are used to answer this request. There is no automatic subscription, and the privacy notice sets out how long we keep the enquiry.
Can our security team join?
Yes, and it usually saves time. Bring the questionnaire — where the answer is “not yet” we will say so on the call rather than in a document three weeks later.
